Wymagania
- Student in 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of university or recent graduate from any field.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Initial experience or strong interest in marketing.
- Strong leadership, ownership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude toward rapid changes and challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills and enjoyment of working with diverse teams.
- Desire for continuous learning and personal growth.
- Aspiration to lead a team or office in the future.
Obowiązki
- Develop a brand marketing strategy and media plan.
- Contribute to the development and execution of product innovations.
- Collaborate with commercial teams across 10 countries.
- Work with agencies to create a communication toolkit for the brand.
- Create competitive market reports.
- Participate in an international team environment.
