Wymagania
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in TETA HR, HRM, ME
- Practical knowledge of Oracle SQL language
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Excel proficiency
- Agile and teamwork approach
- Experience and comfort working within an international environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- ITIL foundation certificate (would be a plus)
Obowiązki
- Perform application root cause analysis and problem investigation
- Administrate in TETA HR, HRM, ME, Windows servers
- Provide courteous customer service in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures (would be a plus)
- Monitor cases assigned to the support team
