Senior Sourcing Specialist

• Minimum 1 year extensive experience in Procurement, preferably in marketing communication and events category.
• Understanding of Procure to Pay processes.
• PR/SC revision experience.
• Experience implementing/supporting global strategies on the local level.
• Contract management skills.
• Ability to sustain relations with stakeholders such as HR and Marcom.
• English language proficiency; French or German is nice to have.

• Provide sourcing activities in the area of Corporate Professional Services, focusing on categories related to marketing, communication, events, sponsorships, and employee benefits.
• Cooperate with global procurement category.
• Support the onshore teams in sourcing activities.
• Handle supplier relationships, sustain preferred suppliers list and business intimacy, monitor operational supplier usage.
• Ensure procurement policy and processes compliance across the organization.
