Engineering Manager - Site Reliability Engineering

• Hands-on SRE or infrastructure engineering background with direct contribution when needed
• Fluent with cloud-native infrastructure including Kubernetes, observability stacks, and CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience managing or leading a small-to-mid-size engineering team, including full performance cycles
• Experience building and owning an SRE or infrastructure roadmap with independent priority setting
• Ability to represent technical needs in cross-functional and leadership conversations, including at director level

• Own the SRE roadmap end-to-end: set priorities independently, drive execution, and make the team's impact visible across the organization
• Be the infrastructure voice for your business unit: translate upstream roadmaps into product-specific plans and advocate your team's needs back upstream
• Drive compliance, security, and infrastructure topics for your business unit: identify risks early and own the resolution before escalation
• Shape developer productivity by engaging regularly with product Engineering Managers to surface pain points and lead initiatives to remove them
• Contribute technical credibility to architectural discussions by bringing reliability and operational experience and carrying decisions to completion
• Own your business unit's workstream in a company-wide infrastructure migration with hands-on technical leadership
• Lead a 4–6-person generalist SRE team through one-on-ones, performance cycles, and meaningful career development
