Senior IT Project Manager

Their activities include building systems from scratch, development, maintenance, product implementations, team allocations, and individual expert placements within client structures. They are also a gold partner of UiPath in Robotic Process Automation, building robots and selling licenses to clients.

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience in software/professional services as a vendor or partner.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage a team of 2–5+ people.
• Experience managing project budget, time, and scope.
• Higher technical education (Computer Science).
• Required certification or readiness to obtain within 3 months: PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Agile PM; ITIL v4 Foundation preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, and PMO best practices.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.

• Manage and lead a portfolio of implementation projects for corporate clients in the enterprise software area, including SaaS and on-premise system implementations.
• Ensure effective execution of implementations from initiation and planning through execution, testing, launch, and handover to operational support.
• Maximize business value for clients.
• Build relationships with clients at decision-making levels.
• Manage communication between teams.
• Support problem-solving.
• Maintain high quality of delivered solutions.
• Work in an international environment managing complex implementation projects for ECM and IP class systems for enterprise clients.
