UI/UX Designer

Arden Software is an international leader in packaging design software. The company offers advanced CAD tools, project management systems, and solutions automating production processes. In 2025, the Polish branch Arden Software Poland was established to support new project development and build local teams. Arden Software combines innovative technologies with industry experience, delivering solutions that improve design, production, and project management in the packaging sector.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio demonstrating design of complex IT tools (systems, technical applications, not marketing websites)
• Very good knowledge of Figma and its features (including AI-supported tools)
• Experience in prototyping and iterative work
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and product managers
• Very good command of English (working with an international team)
• Independence, responsibility, and attention to quality

Nice to have:

• Experience designing CAD tools
• Practical knowledge or experience working with CAD tools
• Experience working with highly complex systems (enterprise/industrial)
• Basic knowledge of frontend system design principles

• Designing user interfaces and user experiences for CAD tools
• Creating mockups, designs, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborating with the Product Manager to define product functionalities and development direction
• Working with development teams to implement solutions
• Iteratively developing projects based on user feedback and needs
• Ensuring consistency and quality of designed solutions
