The Project & Operations Coordinator manages the flow of information between clients and developers, ensuring clear Jira boards and timely responses to client emails. The role involves handling multiple simultaneous projects including new client implementations, ongoing maintenance, and feature development.


Wymagania

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or similar operations role within software/tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, including setting up workflows and managing backlogs.
  • Experience in a client-facing role; retail software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent professional English.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Highly organized with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage emergency requests and prioritize tasks.

Obowiązki

1. Jira & Backlog Hygiene:

  • Translate "pop-up" requests and vague client feedback into well-defined Jira tickets with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure no task reaches developers without necessary information.
  • Prepare the Jira board for weekly planning meetings.

2. Communication & Email Management:

  • Act as first line of defense for incoming client emails, categorizing and tagging requests.
  • Extract relevant information from client emails and attach it to Jira tasks.
  • Keep clients informed on status of fixes, change requests, and milestones.

3. Schedule & Delivery Tracking:

  • Maintain a high-level view of all active client deadlines.
  • Identify and flag potential bottlenecks to leadership.
  • Ensure internal team meets deadlines and responds promptly.
