• At least 5 years of experience as a PHP Developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Symfony framework
• Experience with testing tools such as PHPUnit, Codeception, and Selenium
• Ability to work with version control systems, specifically GIT
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Understanding of Docker for local environment setup
• Familiarity with communication standards such as REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSocket
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Proven, hands-on experience in software development using AI coding tools such as OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
• Ability to effectively use AI in day-to-day development (code generation, refactoring, debugging, automation)
• Strong understanding of AI limitations and the ability to critically evaluate generated code

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Pimcore or other similar systems.

• Execute development tasks in line with project schedules and business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and support other team members.
• Introduce technological innovations and propose improvements.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept for new functionalities.
• Develop data models and integrate with other systems.
• Mentor junior developers and share your expertise with the team.
