• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in the information technology sector
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
• Strong track record in managing IT budgets, project scope, and resource planning
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2)
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Professional training in project management is required
• Very good command of English
• High stress tolerance and the ability to make critical decisions under time pressure
• Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Proactive attitude characterized by independence, responsibility, and initiative

Nice to have:

• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM
• Aviation-related experience

• Coordinate work of relevant teams and liaise with clients as well as with third parties/vendors for efficient delivery of the project
• Ensure that the project is being delivered on-time, within estimated scope and budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives with due consideration for stakeholders
• Plan team availability and ensure its due allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance and ROI against accepted project criteria
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• This position will require business travels to clients therefore willingness to travel is essential
