As a Jira/Confluence Administrator, you will be working for our client, a leading provider of financial services, offering exchange, banking, and financial data solutions aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and innovation across the entire value chain. You will play a key role in supporting the migration and administration of Jira and Confluence Data Centre instances, ensuring smooth operations for large-scale environments and driving digital transformation within the financial industry. Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Wymagania
- At least 3 years of experience working with Jira and Confluence Data Centre (on-prem)
- Experience managing Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Crowd) for large instances (5k+ users)
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems and related infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience with database management and virtual machine configurations
- Proven experience migrating instances of Jira and Confluence
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience in providing support to end-users of enterprise-level tools
Nice to have:
- Certification in Atlassian tools administration
- Experience with scripting and automation within Jira/Confluence
Obowiązki
- Administer Jira, Confluence, and Crowd on Data Centre (on-prem) for large-scale instances
- Perform migrations of Jira and Confluence instances from one environment to another
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools and related servers
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Jira and Confluence instances
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the integration and stability of Atlassian tools
