Scrum Master

• 3-5 years serving as an active Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Participated in Program Increment (PI) planning as a Scrum Master.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience of agile software development methodologies, values, principles, and practices.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and empower the team.
• Excellent team player and team builder.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with personnel at all levels and diverse personality types.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to coach the team and help mature agile best practices with changing priorities.
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong familiarity with or experience working with SAFe.
• Experience scrumming multiple teams including geographically dispersed teams with hybrid full-time and outsourced resources.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Must have CSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master certification.

Nice to have:

• Industry experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
• PMP, SA and/or SPC certifications are highly desired but not required.

• Ensure Scrum, Kanban and other agile methods are being followed as agreed to by the team.
• Proactively identify and eliminate complex, organizational-level bottlenecks that hinder progress.
• Facilitate Scrum events (planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product increments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and management to align on strategy, roadmap, delivery and release plans.
• Promote transparency, drive continuous improvement, and implement scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) across the organization.
• Coach team members on Scrum and agile best practices.
• Govern the “Definition of Done” process to ensure product and engineering goals are fulfilled, including automated test results, security test results, automated CI and CD results and contractual deliverables, and work with product development teams to address gaps.
