Business Systems Analyst (K/M)

• Higher education (preferred fields: economics, econometrics, software engineering, computer science)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business, technical, system, and functional analysis of applications based on Oracle/MSSQL databases and .NET environment
• Ability to model IT systems using UML and BPMN notation
• Knowledge of SQL enabling comfortable database navigation (MS SQL)
• Experience in preparing IT system specifications enabling subsequent processing (implementation, maintenance, configuration)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level
• Willingness and readiness to work from the office in Warsaw at least 3 times a week

• Analyze business and technological projects for feasibility, gather and analyze business requirements for changes, and develop solution recommendations
• Co-create preliminary project plans and cost estimates
• Collaborate with external service and solution providers to plan and verify cost estimates and implementation of IT change orders
• Cooperate with internal experts and managers of organizational units to develop solutions
• Support projects during implementation by preparing necessary project documentation including business and functional requirements
• Map existing processes and prepare proposals for their modification
• Consult and support management in making key business, system, and functional decisions
