Endpoint Engineer

• Several years of experience in endpoint engineering in an enterprise environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows client platforms (macOS is a plus)
• Experience with endpoint management solutions, especially Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of endpoint security, patching, and configuration baselines
• Ability to implement global standards consistently in regional environments
• Experience working with ITIL-based operational processes
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Pragmatic and implementation-focused working style
• Ability to work independently within defined global frameworks
• Clear and structured technical communication across teams
• Fluent English

• Act as the technical expert for endpoint platforms and client operating systems
• Implement and operate endpoint solutions based on global designs and specifications
• Adapt technical implementations to accommodate regional infrastructure or regulatory constraints
• Ensure technical rollout and enforcement of global endpoint policies, configuration standards, security baselines, hardening measures, and update mechanisms for OS, firmware, and applications
• Validate compliance of regional endpoints with global requirements and identify technical deviations
• Support regional IT support teams as technical escalation (3rd level) for complex endpoint issues including device provisioning, deployment, hardware and OS lifecycle activities, technical rollouts, and migrations
• Analyze root causes of recurring endpoint incidents and contribute to long-term technical fixes
• Participate in endpoint pilots and technical evaluations defined by global teams
• Collaborate closely with Global Workplace Team, Regional IT Support Team, and Security and Infrastructure Teams
• Provide technical input, documentation, and regional feedback
