Wymagania

  • Ability to handle change, work under pressure, and remain results-driven.
  • Skills in requirements gathering and consulting to identify business needs, engage stakeholders, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience in change management to support organizations through change and implement new processes and systems.
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration to influence outcomes.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills to analyze issues, make informed decisions, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Planning and organization skills to prioritize tasks and manage work efficiently.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail to maintain accuracy, reliability, discretion, and high standards of conduct.
  • Bachelor's degree (e.g., HR, IT, Business).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Time & Attendance systems, specifically with WorkForce Software technology.
  • HR knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with other HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a bonus.

Obowiązki

  • Consult with the global organization to analyze and understand business processes, identify gaps, and transform these into requirements, recommended solutions, and best practices, focusing on WorkForce Software technology.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to analyze, design, develop, and enhance the HRIS landscape, focusing on time and attendance and scheduling.
  • Ensure quality assurance by engaging in User Acceptance Testing, creating test cases, performing rigorous testing of new HR tools, and documenting issues and test results.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; devise and implement solutions in accordance with system governance.
  • Support the onboarding and rollout of the Total Workforce Management solution with a key focus on WorkForce Software technology.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation to promote consistency, transparency, and best practices.
