Junior Client Reporting Analyst (M/F/D)

The company provides global services in Finance & Accounting, Claims, Customs, IT, Process Automation, Customer Reporting & Data Quality, HR & Administration, and Back Office.

• University degree (preferably in transportation or logistics)
• Experience working with large data sets or in a junior analyst role
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel
• Developing analytical skills, strong communication, and willingness to work with clients

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One
• Familiarity with tools such as VBA, Python, Power Query, or Power BI

• Attending meetings with internal clients, building, and maintaining relationships
• Filtering report requests coming into the portal and forwarding them for further analysis
• Gathering requirements from internal clients and collaborating to translate them into basic technical requirements
• Coordinating with internal clients to agree on how report columns will be mapped and interpreted
• Implementing standard reports in Excel and Power BI
• Collaborating on the preparation of documentation related to report implementations
• Verifying the consistency of output data with client requirements
