Client Reporting Analyst (M/F/D)

The company provides global services in Finance & Accounting, Claims, Customs, IT, Process Automation, Customer Reporting & Data Quality, HR & Administration, and Back Office.

• University degree (preferably in transportation or logistics)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with large data sets or in a junior analyst role
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to learning from data
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with clients

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One
• Familiarity with tools such as VBA, Python, Power Query, or Power BI

• Maintaining relationships with internal clients and attending meetings regarding reporting requirements
• Filtering and prioritizing report requests submitted via the portal
• Gathering client requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the development team
• Coordinating with clients to agree on how report columns will be mapped and interpreted
• Implementing standard report products (Excel and Power BI) and deploying predefined reports
• Implementing minor changes in reports if within scope of knowledge
• Creating and updating documentation related to report implementations
• Verifying output data with client requirements and reviewing reports post-implementation
• Testing reporting tools before their handover to production
• Supporting 1st line in analyzing report issues and fixing errors when possible
• Participating in R&D projects – developing new products and optimizing existing reporting tools
• Participation in projects related to the acquisition of other companies and the integration of reporting systems
