Technical Project Manager

• Passion for new technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in software development projects with ability to work independently
• Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Telecommunications, or equivalent technical field
• Fluent English (C1) with ability to communicate with external clients on technical topics
• Experience managing software development teams using Agile methodologies
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent time and priority management skills
• Attention to detail and readiness to face challenges

Nice to have:

• Experience in the medical industry
• AgilePM or PSM certification
• Experience managing nearshoring outsourcing or online freelancing
• Experience with Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace
• Experience working with microcontrollers, mobile applications, embedded development, or IoT

• Regular communication with business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Planning and coordinating all aspects of projects from initiation to delivery
• Preparing project cost estimates and proposals
• Supervising project schedules and budgets
• Managing team time, capacity, project risks, issues, and progress
