Senior Front-end Developer (m/f)

Shoper S.A. is a leader in eCommerce solutions in Poland, supporting thousands of entrepreneurs in scaling sales through a SaaS model and comprehensive additional services. The team develops the administrative panel of the Shoper store as one of its products, working in agile methodologies.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in developing advanced web applications.
• Experience in managing complex projects and functionalities and solving problems with high ambiguity.
• Very good knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Very good knowledge of HTML/CSS; knowledge of any preprocessor is a plus.
• Knowledge of React, Vue, Web Components, or similar libraries.
• Object-oriented programming skills.
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID and clean code principles.
• Knowledge about SPA and MPA, their operation and differences.
• Knowledge of the HTTP protocol.
• Knowledge of tools like webpack, rollup, Vite.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (Jest).
• Knowledge of front-end security principles (XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure token storage).
• Knowledge about web application optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, bundle size, rendering performance).
• Knowledge of CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in conducting code reviews.
• Experience mentoring juniors and mid-level developers, both technically and in AI usage.
• Conscious use of AI tools in front-end work.
• Ability to formulate practical guidelines for the team.
• Ability to test and recommend new AI tools supporting front-end team productivity.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data structures.
• Experience in refactoring and migrating large code fragments.
• Knowledge of front-end monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, New Relic, RUM).
• Experience working with design systems or shared components across teams.

• Develop one of the products (store administrative panel).
• Participate in designing, creating, and implementing new store features.
• Participate in code review and test creation.
• Be responsible for the front-end technical part.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
