Junior Citizen Developer - Data & Process Automation

• Knowledge in any programming language
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform or similar technologies
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field, or a proven track record of technical proficiency
• 1-2 years of experience in similar position preferred
• Basic to intermediate data analysis
• Scripting (preferable VBA)
• Patience and eye for details
• Algorithmic thinking and recognizing processes as logical implications of cause and effect
• Willingness to learn

Optional:

• Knowledge about integration with ERP systems like SAP
• Background in finance, supply chain

• Supports documentation of business workflows and identification of automation opportunities
• Develops small-scale automations with supervision
• Assists with testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Performs basic data analysis and support dashboard creation
• Follows governance and compliance rules
• Supports training sessions for users
