Developer ERP (k/m)

Impakt S.A. is a distributor and manufacturer of brands such as Genesis, Natec, Fury, and Lanberg. The company sells products in Poland and internationally, present in over 40 countries. Their product range includes gaming accessories, consumer electronics, computer networks, and more. The workplace is located in Mosina near Poznań.

• Several years of professional experience including programming with initial commercial projects completed.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with relational databases.
• Knowledge of any programming language.
• Ability to organize own work and manage time between tasks.
• Propose changes and improvements in performed tasks.
• Engagement and motivation for development, willingness to acquire new knowledge in ERP system development.
• Completed or ongoing studies related to computer science/programming or related fields.
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level enabling communication and reading technical documentation.
• Knowledge of accounting.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with ERP systems in areas such as financial software, accounting, sales, warehouse, and/or logistics.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of the Gardens ERP system (financial-accounting software, sales, warehouse, and logistics support) and related systems (e.g., B2B sales).
• Develop functionalities based on provided documentation.
• Analyze and resolve current issues related to Gardens ERP and related systems reported by internal and external clients via ticket system, email, phone, and chat, including helpdesk support.
• Maintain positive and effective communication and cooperation with technical support requesters and software development department.
• Report tasks in the Fortask project management system.
