ID LOGISTICS POLSKA S.A. is an international contract logistics group operating in 41 locations across Poland with nearly 10,000 employees. The company manages logistics for FMCG, fashion, and e-commerce sectors, including the Control Tower role for goods flow in road, rail, and multimodal transport. In 2023, it merged with Spedimex, a leading Polish contract logistics operator.

• Experience in a similar position
• Proficient knowledge of Windows, Android, and Unix operating systems
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Stress resistance, independence, and responsibility in task resolution
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing and maintaining WMS
• Ability to configure mobile and voice terminals
• Knowledge of other programming languages

• Supporting and training users of the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Resolving user-reported issues
• Preparing reports
• Ensuring continuity of IT hardware operation (liaising with external services)
• Installing new computers and software
• Configuring workstations, printers, barcode readers, mobile terminals, and voice terminals
• Participating in internal optimization projects
• Maintaining stability and security of IT infrastructure, developing procedures and standards
