Wymagania
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management or Portfolio Governance roles
- Strong exposure to governance-heavy, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven experience in delivering digital projects end-to-end
- Deep understanding of portfolio governance frameworks and decision-making structures
- Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies
- Ability to operate across governance bodies, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with PPM tools and executive-level reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex information into governance-ready outputs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior level
- High ownership, independence, and ability to operate in complex governance environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Obowiązki
Portfolio & Governance Management:
- Own and continuously evolve the digital portfolio management framework, ensuring robust governance across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Drive structured intake, evaluation, and classification of initiatives to ensure portfolio consistency and comparability
- Support governance forums in prioritizing initiatives based on strategic fit, capacity, and value realization
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of the portfolio, including dependencies, constraints, risks, and benefits
- Ensure strong governance over portfolio changes, escalating key risks, deviations, and decision points to appropriate bodies
- Identify structural overlaps and cross-portfolio dependencies and assess their impact on delivery and business outcomes
Portfolio Reporting & Executive Support:
- Deliver portfolio-level reporting, translating complex data into clear governance and management insights
- Prepare executive dashboards, decision papers, and portfolio summaries for leadership and steering committees
- Support structured decision-making through scenario modeling, prioritization analysis, and impact evaluation
- Facilitate governance and portfolio review sessions, ensuring clear outcomes, documentation, and accountability
PMO Governance, Standards & Tools:
- Enhance portfolio governance models, standards, and methodologies in line with organizational maturity
- Ensure adherence to portfolio management standards across all initiatives
- Maintain and evolve PPM tools to support governance transparency, data integrity, and decision support
- Drive consistency in portfolio data quality and reporting across the PMO ecosystem
Project & Portfolio Execution Oversight:
- Oversee selected digital initiatives to ensure delivery compliance with agreed governance standards, scope, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor execution health across the portfolio and ensure alignment with governance expectations
Financial, Resource & Vendor Governance:
- Support portfolio-level financial governance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure alignment between portfolio governance data and financial reporting systems
- Provide visibility into resource governance, including capacity planning and demand management
- Support governance of external vendors and ensure transparency of third-party delivery within the portfolio
