Wymagania
- Practical experience in sales, preferably international, through distributors and/or suppliers.
- Excellent knowledge of the board game industry (professional or passionate).
- Fluent communication in English (minimum C1 level) in both spoken and written form.
- Experience in conducting negotiations and business discussions with clients.
- Ability to work with contracts (negotiating, adapting, finalizing).
- Skills in creating and delivering sales presentations.
- Effective management of ongoing communication, meeting deadlines, and handling long-term tasks.
- Ability to act and make decisions based on incomplete information.
- High communication competencies (email and direct).
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player attitude: willing to collaborate, share ideas, open to feedback and knowledge exchange.
Nice to have:
- Experience in event organization.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of sales on crowdfunding platforms.
- Education focused on management, economics, trade, marketing, or related courses/trainings.
- Experience acquiring new business partners, including international ones.
Obowiązki
- Coordinate the sales process on Polish and international markets, including acquiring foreign partners, offering new products and reprints, negotiating and finalizing contracts, monitoring payments, and enforcing contract terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners by maintaining ongoing contact, responding to their needs, presenting products, protecting partners' interests, and seeking opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance the studio's image.
- Collaborate with partners in organizing local crowdfunding campaigns, working closely with the Marketing department to provide necessary materials and ensure marketing consistency.
- Organize business meetings and trips to foreign trade fairs, prepare sales presentations, present product offerings, and maintain a positive company image.
- Initiate and implement activities supporting team development and internal processes.
Oferta
- Salary range: 11,900 - 15,300 PLN net for B2B contracts; 9,900 - 12,700 PLN for employment contracts.
- Employment based on either an employment contract or B2B cooperation, candidate's choice.
