Enterprise Architect

• Experience as an Enterprise Architect in large, complex environments
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+)
• Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and tools, preferably HOPEX
• Ability to analyze, map, and design target architectures aligned with business goals
• Excellent governance and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating with both business and IT
• Analytical thinking, strategic vision, and ability to influence decisions
• Willingness for long-term cooperation and occasional travel to France

Nice to have:

• SAFe, TOGAF, or ArchiMate certifications
• Knowledge of French language

• Supporting business areas in gathering requirements, defining scope, and high-level design within a complex application environment (4500 applications, including 800 core systems)
• Preparing impact analyses on applications and integrations, risk/benefit analyses, and architectural recommendations
• Ensuring smooth handover to solution architect teams during detailed design and implementation phases
• Leading transformation initiatives, architectural governance, and risk management aligned with organizational roadmaps and strategic goals
• Delivering architectural roadmaps and ARB reports
• Monitoring business needs and ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines and decisions
• Maintaining alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Documenting and maintaining the enterprise architecture repository (e.g., HOPEX), including application landscape, dependencies, business capabilities, system diagrams, and application maps
• Conducting impact analyses, pre-studies, and providing architectural recommendations to stakeholders
• Defining target architectures, roadmaps, and capability/system/domain maps
• Leading and structuring architectural governance (ARB) in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Communicating clear and concise information about architectural activities, progress, and domain maturity
• Challenging and improving existing processes, recommending methodological enhancements, promoting best practices, and delivering optimized processes and consolidated standards
• Facilitating collaboration between teams and participating in the optimization of architectural functions
