Lead Fullstack Developer

• Practical experience with Node.js and NestJS in production projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript on both backend and frontend.
• Strong knowledge of React and modern frontend application architectures (SPA, SSR).
• Experience designing and maintaining fullstack architecture in commercial environments.
• Knowledge of API design (REST/GraphQL), frontend-backend integration, microservices, and scalable systems.
• Experience managing frontend application state (e.g., Redux, React Query) and UI performance optimization.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and backend integration.
• Knowledge of backend and frontend performance optimization and application monitoring.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, deployment environments) and collaboration with infrastructure teams.
• Experience with Git and leading teams in collaborative workflows (code review, standards, best practices).
• Experience making architectural decisions and mentoring frontend and backend developers.
• Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks or willingness to develop skills in this area.
• Experience with AI-assisted programming is an advantage.
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1).
• Willingness to work hybrid with at least 2 days per week onsite in Wrocław office.

• Set technical direction for backend in diverse projects ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications in a software house project environment.
• Act as technical leader: conduct code reviews, support architectural decisions, and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and design teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Design and implement components supporting AI functions in client products.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability in a multi-project environment.
• Participate in estimations, technical planning, and architecture reviews.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend their application in client projects.

Candidate must be fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1) and willing to work hybrid with minimum 2 days per week onsite in Wrocław.
