Node.js Developer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend web application development with Node.js.
• Good knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, and basic TypeScript.
• Experience designing and creating REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience working with SQL databases and ORM/Query builder tools (e.g., Sequelize).
• Familiarity with Git version control system.
• Ability to write unit and end-to-end tests (e.g., Jest).
• Knowledge of NPM and basic experience with Docker and containers.
• Experience working with microservices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, openness to suggestions, and knowledge sharing.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for documentation reading and client communication.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Willingness for continuous development, learning new technologies, and taking on new challenges.
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model with at least 2 days per week in the Wrocław office.

• Build and develop backend of modern web applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design scalable and efficient solutions and participate in architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, testers, and business analysts.
• Participate in daily team meetings and client communications in Poland and abroad.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Support task estimation and project budgeting.
• Engage in product workshops and define functional requirements.
• Monitor and optimize backend application performance and security.

Work mode is hybrid with a requirement to work at least 2 days per week in the office located in Wrocław, Poland.
