Senior SAP Consultant (TM)

Capgemini is a global company with a Global Delivery Center (GDC) and a Package Based Services (PBS) department consisting of over 300 SAP specialists. They deliver innovative SAP solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, across diverse industries to support business transformation goals.

• Experience in SAP TM support and/or implementation projects, preferably in complex logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including planning, execution, and settlement.
• Good knowledge of integration with other SAP logistics modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, or WM/EWM).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in English or German (German is a strong advantage).

• Contribute to SAP TM implementation and support projects for international clients.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and change requests within the SAP TM landscape.
• Design, propose, and implement business-driven transportation solutions.
• Optimize logistics processes and ensure smooth integration with related SAP modules.
• Prepare clear project documentation such as solution designs and process descriptions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and, at senior level, take ownership of workstreams and guide others.
