• Proven experience as an SAP TM Consultant and System/Product Owner with independent ERP solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ERP IT Business Analysis and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
• High capability to prioritize tasks and report status at the product level.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and articulate business impact.
• Collaborative mindset focused on teamwork and adherence to quality processes.
• Solid understanding of data, usability, and process analysis with intermediate domain knowledge of business processes.

• Deliver SAP TM solutions demonstrating good ERP business analysis knowledge and understanding of business processes.
• Define, order, and refine Product Backlog items to align with business goals.
• Support the development of a Transport Management strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.
• Work with Scrum teams to define, build, and validate product features during sprints.
