IT Audit Coordinator

• Proven track record in IT, IT Security, Governance, Risk, and/or Compliance.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT Audit or audit-handling roles in IT.
• Proven expertise in handling audit-related organizational effort, including coordination or execution of IT audits.
• Clear knowledge of how the Audit world works with possible exposure to audit-related work.
• Foundation-level knowledge of DORA-related ICT resilience areas.
• Knowledge of basic concepts in IT Infrastructure and Network, IT Security, Governance/Resilience, including 3 Lines of Defense, ITIL, BCM, BIA, Project Management, DORA, ISO27001, IAM.
• Effective communicator in a corporate environment.
• Self-driven and intrinsically motivated with a proactive mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Analytical and conceptual thinker with structured problem-solving skills.
• Solution-oriented with the ability to balance compliance and business needs.
• Experienced in communicating with regulators, auditors, and senior management.
• Excellent presentation, visualization, and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous.

• Own the end-to-end audit handling process in the IT realm.
• Improve the audit-handling and remediation process and co-implement improvements effectively.
• Establish an effective working relationship with both Internal and External Auditors and across the IT Team.
• Manage workload of the organization in peak periods in the area under supervision by adopting good planning.
• Assist finding owners with advice on the correct understanding of the findings, the scope of the remediation work, and evidence expected.
• Suggest and use optimal tools for the Organization to keep track of the remediation work and evidence delivery effort.
• Define and track remediation measures jointly with risk owners, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Develop comprehensive management reporting, dashboards, and metrics to enhance tracking, transparency, and decision-making.
• Handle audits and coordinate audit findings-remediation from the point of 1st Line of Defense.
• Coordinate the provision of required evidence to both Internal and External Auditors.
• Ensure quality check of the adequacy and completeness of the evidence provided against specific audit requirements.
• Deliver required evidence in a timely manner to the Auditors.
• Negotiate the clarity of audit findings to be presented to IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate post-audit remediation effort.
• Compile lessons learned.
• Report to the Organization’s key stakeholders including the Board of Directors.
• Continuously improve cooperation, reporting, and suggest improvements to the finding-handling/remediation approach.
