Agile Delivery Coordinator

Godel Technologies Europe is seeking an Agile Delivery Coordinator to join one of their delivery teams. The role combines Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities, ensuring team support, client communication, and continuous progress. The company is actively integrating AI tools into team workflows and values curiosity and willingness to learn about AI.

• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in software development
• Good knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks
• Experience facilitating team processes including planning, retrospectives, stakeholder communication, and risk management
• Ability to understand client business needs and focus team on delivering value
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate minimum)
• Comfortable as primary contact for client stakeholders
• Ability to lead without authority and maintain team cohesion in challenging situations
• Active use of LLM-based AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for daily tasks
• Basic understanding of AI applications across the software development lifecycle
• Openness to learning and experimenting with new AI tools

Nice to have:

• Experience coordinating teams using AI-assisted development tools
• Involvement in AI adoption or transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflows or prompt engineering basics

Delivery:

• Ensure clear understanding of client expectations around delivery scope and timelines
• Provide the right environment for team success including scope, process, tools, and skills
• Visualize team progress and keep stakeholders informed about delivery timelines and changes
• Remove obstacles and blockers
• Establish clear priority processes to ensure consistent value delivery
• Use delivery metrics across the SDLC for decision making, progress visualization, and stakeholder communication

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as primary contact for client-side stakeholders
• Facilitate continuous inspection and improvement of ways of working
• Ensure collaboration within the team and involved parties
• Help teams self-organize and increase transparency and trust

AI Integration:

• Participate in AI maturity assessments for delivery teams to evaluate AI tool usage and identify improvements
• Support AI adoption efforts and help teams develop AI competency
• Use AI tools in delivery work such as reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communication preparation

Candidates are expected to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk, or Bialystok.
