IT Specialist

Xopero Software is a leading software producer specializing in backup and disaster recovery solutions with over 16 years of market experience. Their products include Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection, and GitProtect, securing physical, virtual, SaaS, and DevOps environments. Their clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Orange, T-Mobile, AVIS, Quest Diagnostic, Zoop, and Diebold Nixdorf.

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Windows systems, including configuration and installation experience
• Ability to efficiently diagnose hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of IT networking to diagnose and solve basic problems
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English
• Independence, meticulousness, and discipline
• Willingness to learn and improve qualifications

Nice to have:

• Experience managing and configuring Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Knowledge and ability to work with virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox)

• Managing IT equipment at Xopero Software, including ordering, configuration, and installation of necessary software
• Providing technical support to office and remote employees
• Maintaining local network and IT infrastructure
• Supervising equipment inventory at Xopero Software
• Coordinating service orders in case of hardware failures
• Managing access to resources and services (VPN, Jira, Google Workspace, etc.)
