Senior IT Project Manager

CSHARK Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas, focusing on business application development.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in business application development area
• Experience in working closely with software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Open communication and strong interpersonal abilities
• Negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure
• Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes

Nice to have:

• Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP
• Experience working on system integrations or enterprise migrations

• Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Align project goals with business strategy and technical capabilities
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability
• Support pre-sales activities by helping to shape project scopes and delivery plans
