Java Software Engineer

Our team takes full ownership of the product's development, which is entirely designed, developed, and tested at our R&D center in Krakow. The application is crucial for generating, storing, and distributing keys for radio authentication and air interface encryption within Motorola LMR systems. The demand for expertise in the security domain is rapidly increasing, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with and learn from leading security experts.

• 3+ years of experience in Java software development.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture.
• Working knowledge of REST API design.
• Commitment to engineering practices (e.g. TDD, Clean Code).
• Strong team player and good communication skills.
• Communicative English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or a related field.
• Automatization of application deployments and tests.
• Front-end development.
• Good knowledge of computer networks.
• Security related experience, including CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban.

• Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of a Java application.
• Define and maintain architecture collaboratively with the team.
• Lead technical initiatives and features.
