Digital Workplace Transformation Consultant

The role supports digital workplace transformation, primarily in migrating and redesigning solutions from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.

• Experience working with Microsoft 365, especially tools like SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of the Google Workspace environment.
• Experience in projects related to digital transformation, tool migration, or changes in the digital work environment.
• Basic experience with low-code tools such as AppSheet, Apps Script, or similar solutions.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technological solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and advise users.
• Communication skills, independence, and problem-solving orientation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of business process automation tools.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Ability to work with non-technical users and explain technical issues in simple language.

• Analyze existing solutions based on Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Design target solutions in the Google Workspace environment.
• Participate in transformation activities, such as leading or supporting Transformation Labs for selected resources and tools.
• Support optimization of Microsoft licenses and manage license exceptions.
• Create and develop applications using AppSheet and Apps Script.
• Transform and redesign business processes and workflows.
• Migrate and adapt tools like OneNote, macros, and other solutions used by business teams.
• Conduct workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice on the use of digital workplace tools.
• Optimize the use of tools and licenses.
