Digital Project Analyst

For our Client, we are looking for a Digital Project Analyst to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives. If you have experience in coordinating digital projects and want to make a real impact on process optimization in an international environment, this role is for you.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–3 years of experience supporting or delivering projects in a digital, IT, or transformation environment
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, reporting, risk/issues)
• Experience working with structured delivery frameworks (waterfall, agile, or hybrid)
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English proficiency
• Ability to handle difficult but non‑complex problems using sound judgment and established practices
• Clear, structured communication skills; able to explain information in a fact‑based and professional manner
• Comfortable working in a matrix and international environment

• Support delivery of digital or transformation projects by managing assigned activities
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables under general supervision
• Track progress, risks, issues, and actions; prepare status updates and project documentation
• Apply established project management methodologies, standards, and tools
• Work independently on day‑to‑day tasks while escalating issues where appropriate
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors to gather inputs and ensure alignment
• Support project governance through accurate reporting, adherence to processes, and documentation
