Fullstack AI Developer

Tutlo is an EdTech company entering a new AI-based chapter. Over the past year, teams across sales, marketing, HR, ops, and IT have created dozens of AI applications and agents, some as serious projects and others as "vibe-coded MVPs" built by non-IT staff. Some are already in production, others await further development, securing, and serious deployment.

• Practical experience with GCP services including Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, IAM.
• Strong Python skills; bonus for FastAPI or Django + DRF.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Next.js to maintain frontend.
• Experience with LLMs via API including prompts, agents, tools, cost evaluation.
• Ability to work with imperfect codebases: refactoring, debugging, cleaning up AI-generated MVP code.
• Experience deploying to production with CI/CD, monitoring, rollback strategies.
• Practical knowledge of security: secrets, RBAC, encryption, OWASP top 10.
• Code review and mentoring skills for non-professional programmers.
• Sound judgment in architecture, databases, and REST integrations.

Nice to have:

• Experience with n8n or other workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with BigQuery in analytical/event roles.
• Integrations with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Fireflies, Twilio, Apify.
• Personal AI/agent projects, even weekend ones, showing passion.

• Review and assess AI projects mainly in Python and sometimes in TypeScript/Next.js, focusing on architecture, quality, scalability, and risks (security, data, infrastructure).
• Deploy applications to production by migrating from hosting platforms like Vercel, Supabase, Bolt to the target stack on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Tasks) and refactor for scalability.
• Perform sanity checks including endpoint security, secrets management, integrations with databases (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redis), and client data handling.
• Maintain existing systems with monitoring, observability, logging to BigQuery, CI/CD on GitHub Actions, and respond to issues.
• Build new agents and workflows in n8n and natively in Python, integrate with LLMs via API, and work with dev-AI tooling (Claude Code, Cowork, Bolt, Lovable, etc.).
• Take ownership decisions on what to keep, rewrite, or discard.
