Business / System Analyst – Calypso (Fixed Income / Bonds)

Experienced Business / System Analyst role focused on the Calypso system supporting Fixed Income instruments, specifically Treasury Bonds, collaborating with business, IT, and development teams to develop and maintain a front-to-back platform.

• Several years of experience as a business/system analyst in IT (banking/finance).
• Very good knowledge of the Calypso system (Fixed Income, pricing, market data, integrations).
• Practical knowledge of instruments: Treasury Bonds, Repo / BSB, Money Market Instruments.
• Knowledge of booking and lifecycle of bond transactions: coupon, maturity, amortization.
• Ability to work at the business-IT interface.
• Communicative English language skills.

• Analyze, document, and maintain business and system requirements.
• Support development and maintenance of the Calypso system regarding Fixed Income instruments, transaction lifecycle, pricing, market data, and market events.

• Analyze and design integrations with systems: Accounting / General Ledger, Assessing Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Market Data.
• Participate in business and technical workshops.
• Support development teams during implementation.
• Analyze and handle production incidents.

Remote work with visits to the office in Warsaw or Poznan (1 day per month/quarter).
