- Deep, practical expertise in Meta Ads with full ownership as the primary acquisition channel.
- Strong Google Ads skills including UAC and search, with ability to run campaigns independently.
- Proven experience managing multiple paid acquisition sources beyond Meta and Google is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work deeply with data to extract insights.
- Experience collaborating closely with Analytics teams to guide decision-making.
- Focused on high-ROI, efficient scaling rather than just spend growth.
- Comfortable working directly inside ad accounts, not only at the reporting level.

Obowiązki
- Stay deeply involved in daily operations by stepping into ad accounts to diagnose issues, optimize performance, launch campaigns, and scale results.
- Manage and oversee $500K+ monthly advertising budgets across all networks, ensuring disciplined spend allocation, controlled scaling, and performance stability.
- Take full responsibility for Facebook Ads as the primary acquisition channel, with strong expertise in Facebook Ads or Google Ads.
- Work deeply with performance data and analytics to identify insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities; collaborate closely with the Analytics team.
- Maintain clear user acquisition processes, reporting standards, and performance review cadences for full transparency and control over results.
- Work closely with Creative Managers to source, test, and iterate creative ideas; identify and scale top-performing creatives.
- Ensure disciplined execution across account structure, testing frameworks, scaling logic, and performance monitoring.
- Take full responsibility for KPIs including CPA, ROI, volume, and spend efficiency; results and outcomes are the primary measure of success.
