AI Technical Lead

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with deep expertise in Java and Web API development
• Strong understanding of scalable, secure distributed architectures and high-availability patterns
• Proficiency in REST/HTTP semantics, API contracts (JSON/YAML), and CI/CD best practices
• Ability to read, assess, and review code in at least Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python
• Experience with modern SDLC practices, Git workflows, and automation in DevOps environments
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, especially using approaches such as C4 diagrams
• Ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete technical solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI tools and LLM-based frameworks (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCP models)
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity principles or DevSecOps practices
• Understanding of additional ecosystems like Go, Rust, or functional languages
• Experience with agent-based architectures and automation at scale

• Improve current processes and establish efficient ways of working

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with non-technical stakeholders, translate business needs into effective tech solutions

API Architecture & Integration:

• Architect and maintain scalable REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and platform connectivity

Innovation with AI:

• Explore and prototype AI-based solutions—including MCP servers, agentic frameworks, SDKs, and automation protocols

Mentorship:

• Act as a mentor for developers; bridge business priorities with technical strategy

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work seamlessly across organizational boundaries, ensuring alignment with the CTO org and multinational teams
