Programista .NET (m/k/os.)

• Minimum 3-4 years of commercial experience in developing applications in the .NET ecosystem
• Proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET 6/8), .NET Framework is a plus
• Deep understanding of relational databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL) and knowledge of Entity Framework Core; NoSQL knowledge is a plus
• Designing RESTful APIs; knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, or RabbitMQ/Kafka is a strong advantage
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and principles SOLID, DRY, KISS
• Proficiency in Git, knowledge of CI/CD processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proactivity: identifying and proposing solutions to optimization opportunities
• Pragmatism: balancing "perfect architecture" with timely business value delivery
• Communication and assertiveness: explaining complex technical issues to non-technical persons and saying "no" when ideas threaten system stability
• Hunger for knowledge: eagerness to learn and share knowledge within the team (e.g., internal tech talks)

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-supported tools (GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Codex)
• Ability to write backlogs and plan technical implementation

• Creating scalable and secure backend solutions based on the latest versions of .NET (C#)
• Producing code according to the highest industry standards
• Active participation in system architecture design
• Writing unit and integration tests, conducting substantive Code Reviews, and maintaining SOLID and Clean Code principles
• Close collaboration with analysts, frontend developers, and QA in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Work hybrid from Bydgoszcz (3 days, Monday - Wednesday).
