Senior UX Designer

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer
• Working according to User-Centred Design and Design Thinking
• Very good knowledge of Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, and interface design principles
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2
• Experience with tools: Figma, FigJam, Jira, Confluence
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Kraków, or Gdańsk
• Practical experience in conducting design workshops
• Preparing prototypes
• Creating specifications for development
• Conducting usability audits
• Knowledge of SCRUM methodology
• Nice to have: knowledge of low-code technologies (e.g., EXIMEE)

• Designing screens for the mortgage process for individual clients
• Optimizing existing screens according to the bank's Design System
• Co-creating and developing a new mortgage process based on a low-code platform
• Working in an Agile/SCRUM software development model
• Collaborating with the design and technology team
