Scrum Master

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A recognized Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 8–10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams of 10+ members.
• A strong understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on mindset, capable of acting both as a leader and an individual contributor.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry (preferred).
• Hands-on development experience (a plus).

• Acting as an Agile coach, mentoring and training teams on Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Facilitating the development of self-organizing, high-performing teams through coaching and continuous improvement.
• Leading Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guiding teams in writing, splitting, and sizing user stories for optimal delivery.
• Identifying and removing impediments, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business value, define scope, and plan delivery phases.
• Managing sprint execution, scope changes, and ensuring alignment with delivery timelines.
• Overseeing vendor collaboration and ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Providing clear project visibility through regular status updates and progress reporting.
• Collecting feedback to improve planning, execution, and team satisfaction.
