• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP development - ABAP OO
• Strong command of ABAP syntax with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Solid, hands-on experience with object-oriented programming in ABAP (ABAP OO) in commercial project environments
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying, investigating, and resolving issues (ability to work with existing codebases and various scenarios)
• Experience in debugging and analyzing existing code, including working with SAP tools
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from analysis to delivery
• Good understanding of clean code principles and object-oriented design
• Experience with code reviews and maintaining code quality standards
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to quickly acquire knowledge in new areas
• Communicative skills in at least two of the following languages is a must: Polish, English, German — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes if there is a business need

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SAP technical frameworks such BOPF or PPF (experience with at least one will be considered as a strong asset)
• Familiarity or previous working experience with interfaces (SOAP, RFC, IDOC, ICF, OData), UI (FPM, WebDynpro, UI5, WEbIDE), and printouts (AdobeForms, SmartForms, SAPSripts)
• Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
• An active Category B driving license
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or practical experience with applying AI/ML concepts in SAP-related projects

• Working as an SAP ABAP Developer in our Consulting Department
• Engaging in projects for SAP system implementation and maintenance in logistics within either Polish or international projects
• Collaborating with fellow functional consultants and business users on an ongoing basis
• Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders
• Assisting the team in their daily programming challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches if needed
• Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration
• Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions, learning continuously, and initiating process improvements
• Leveraging your experience and growing expertise to support other consultants in overcoming programming challenges and ensuring high-quality team communication
