IT Service Operations Intern

Join our global Team as an IT Services Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting a large-scale IT infrastructure at Dassault Systèmes in Cracow.

In this role, you will focus on supporting our local users with their daily IT needs and learn how a modern corporate IT environment works in practice. At our Cracow site, we provide IT services to around 200 employees and maintain a virtualization infrastructure with over 600 virtual servers, giving you exposure to a broad range of real-life scenarios. This is a great opportunity for students at the beginning of their academic journey who want to gain their first professional experience in a friendly, international environment.

Availability of at least 20 hours per week and 100% on-site presence at our Cracow office (ul. Kapelanka 42) are required.

• Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server; Linux/macOS is a plus)
• Interest or knowledge in network infrastructure and IT processes
• Eagerness to learn how IT systems are managed in a global company
• Native-level fluency in Polish and proficiency in English
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to support both digital and physical IT tasks

• Help with the setup, configuration and maintenance of the local IT environment according to corporate standards
• Assist in the deployment, replacement, and renewal of end-user devices and systems
• Help resolve support requests and contribute to updating technical documentation
• Assist in managing and implementing local IT infrastructure (LAN, Server&Storage, Audiovisual)
• Some of tasks can be physical (racking servers, wiring desks, supporting meetings), so you should have an interest in hands-on work as well
