Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Owner. Join our team to define product vision and maximize value delivery for our international and local clients.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with digital products (web/mobile applications) and UX/UI principles
• Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients
• Higher education in technical, business, or related field

Nice to have:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
