Senior Java Developer + AI Integration Specialist

You will work at the intersection of two worlds: stable Java engineering and the dynamic AI domain.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java: proficiency in the ecosystem (Spring, JEE) and ability to design clean, scalable architecture.
• Expert knowledge of databases: at least 5 years working with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL, including fluency in writing complex logic in PL/SQL or PL/pgSQL.
• Programming language engineering: practical understanding of building parsers, grammars, and code interpretation (Static Analysis).
• Experience with AI Agents: practical skills working with coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf) including debugging and optimizing their work.
• Reverse engineering: ability to understand unknown, large-scale legacy code, comprehend its logic, and propose modernization paths.
• Rapid prototyping: ability to efficiently create Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
• Communication: fluent knowledge of Polish and English allowing comfortable work with technical documentation and AI models.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python and AI/LLM libraries.
• Knowledge of DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Experience working with Enterprise-class systems.

• Designing and developing engines for static code analysis for legacy and modern technologies.
• Building and optimizing knowledge modules about systems (Graph Databases, RAG).
• Implementing creative solutions in Java, including backend development, web services, and extensions for IDE environments (e.g., Eclipse plugins).
• Developing and "challenging" AI Agents to more effectively support the software modernization process.
• Integrating the latest solutions (e.g., MCP servers) into daily development practice.
