• Take charge of bringing new retail partners onto the platform, ensuring their digital storefronts are set up for day-one success.
• Drive onboarding excellence: Streamlining partner setup through precise city coverage, catalog synchronization, and operational rigor to guarantee long-term success.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as their go-to contact for daily operations and performance improvements.
• Analyze data to identify issues such as high cancellation rates or slow preparation times and work directly with partners to resolve them.
• Meet with partners regularly to provide performance reports, share tips on using tools, and identify new ways to boost sales.
• Maintain a professional, proactive, and high-standard relationship with partners, representing the brand in every interaction.
