Trakcja S.A. is one of the largest publicly traded companies operating in the infrastructure construction and energy sector. Annually, it executes over 100 contracts building and modernizing railway lines, tram lines, highways, express roads, bridges, engineering structures, and power networks. The company participates in complex and innovative infrastructure projects such as modernization of nearly 20% of tracks dedicated to Pendolino services, construction of the most modern technical facilities for suburban trains in Poland, production of the first energy storage in Poland generated by a wind farm, and other significant infrastructure developments in Poland and Germany.

• Higher technical education, preferably in IT.
• Experience in IT systems and infrastructure maintenance (administration/maintenance, 2nd line or similar) - preferably minimum 3 years.
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure areas: networks (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), server systems/virtualization, backups and recovery.
• Experience working with Microsoft cloud services, including Azure (configuration and maintenance).
• Ability to manage incidents and changes (planning, coordination, communication).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in operational work.
• Analytical thinking skills, diagnosing problem causes, and proposing improvements.
• Good work organization, responsibility, independence, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in building/improving infrastructure and service monitoring.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) and creating operational instructions.
• Experience cooperating with IT service providers (SLA, escalations).
• Participation in infrastructure or cloud service development projects.

• Ensure continuity, stability, and development of IT infrastructure and key IT services.
• Coordinate incident and failure handling (prioritization, escalation, communication, restoration).
• Plan and implement changes in IT infrastructure and services (preparation, deployment, testing, emergency actions).
• Architectural supervision and operational activities in Microsoft Azure: configuration, changes, maintenance, failure support.
• Participate in operational work in key infrastructure areas, especially in change management and emergency situations: network, backups/recovery, virtualization/server environment.
• Organize and improve monitoring of services and infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Operational cybersecurity: supervise response to security incidents, review key events/logs, initiate corrective actions.
• Analyze problem causes and implement preventive measures (improvements, instructions, standards).
• Collaborate with user support team (1st line) and IT suppliers/partners.
• Supervise IT asset records and technical standards (hardware, licenses, services) and support procurement processes.
