Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Inżynier Niezawodności Systemów

PKO Leasing S.A. is a leader in the leasing industry and part of the Capital Group of the Largest Bank in Poland.

• Experience as SRE/Platform Engineer in large heterogeneous production environments
• Very good knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP networks, basic security, and HA/DR concepts
• Practical skills in designing end-to-end monitoring (network/infrastructure/app)
• Experience with monitoring and observability systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Zabbix)
• Ability to analyze performance, capacity planning, and system tuning
• Experience with alerting, on-call duties, and conducting RCA/post-mortems
• Communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams

Nice to have:

• Experience administering Dynatrace application ecosystem
• Skills in using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus
• Experience with virtualization systems and computer networks
• Knowledge of cloud environment monitoring tools (Azure)
• Scripting languages knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Certifications in monitoring or system administration

• Develop and optimize existing IT infrastructure and cloud environment monitoring systems
• Develop SRE practices: define and enforce SLO/SLI/SLA, error budgets, and reliability standards
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of services (production and lower environments)
• Conduct incident analyses (RCA), post-mortems, and implement preventive actions
• Automate operations and eliminate manual work (IaC, CI/CD, self-healing, automatic incident responses)
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on system reliability and observability
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge within the team
