Software Engineer 2 (Java / Kotlin)

Based mostly in Warsaw, the team consists of six skilled developers and a dedicated Product Manager working in a mature Scrum environment. The team is full-stack, handling UI frontend, backend services, and large-scale data processing. The main focus is The One Account initiative, a strategic transformation migrating Allegro’s ecosystem to a unified, company-level platform. The team integrates AI-driven tools into daily workflows and development processes to optimize productivity and innovation.

• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
• English language skills at B2+ level
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to constantly develop and update knowledge
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexible working hours
• Willingness to travel quarterly between Warsaw and Poznań

• Code in Java and/or Kotlin
• Occasionally develop frontend parts of the solution
• Participate in code reviews by accepting comments and sharing knowledge
• Look for effective solutions to business and technical challenges
• Travel between Warsaw and Poznań once a quarter for team workshops
